    Hi Joe Cody, Yes you can use the RS232 #2 for programming via 505Workshop while RS232 #1 is connected to Wonderware. It is not an ill-advised at all. Otherwise you may consider the new CPU offered by CTI that comes with three (3) communication alternative USB, Serial and Ethernet.     Hi Stickman47, If you lost the key, then it is your responsibility. Furthermore, the 505softshop could be upgraded to 505 Workshop provided by FasTrak. Please check http://www.fast-soft.com/ for more information. But your situation could not be helped unless you secured the lost key again. Otherwise you may inquiry from FasTrak for the latest 505 Workshop license rather than the legacy TISOFT™. Rgd Chee Ming
