  1. Pid loop table for variable Set-point

Your Application does not totally depend on PID loop whether need to do more program for your variable setpoint. PID loop just control the process according to your setvalue. have a look on attached reference _Continuous_Control_with_SFB_41_FB_41__CONT_C__.pdf

  3. Micrologix 1200

HMI and VFD does not support DH485, but both can support modbus protocol. and i have decided to communicate through modbus protocol. Should i use the interface adapter (AIC) for using the Modbus with ML1200 or this can possible with PLC com port?
  4. Micrologix 1200

Hi every body in this forum, I am workin on a project that of using the DH485 communication in this project. project scenerio is simple but i am facing the problem that how to program that type of system. Description: there is a Machine with HMI and a VFD connected with ML1200 via DH485, How could we use the communication instruction to drive the VFD from HMI? if anybody create a ladder for this instruction i shall be thankfull to him, Model and Make: HMI-> MT6100i (Weintek) VFD-> FR-D740-2.2K (Mitsubishi) PLC-> [Micrologix 1200] 1762-L24BWA (Allen Bradley) Regard, Mohammad Daniyal
  5. Micrologix 1200

Currently the HMI and PLC are connected on RS232 communication port, but VFD is Operated Manually from its own Operating Unit. Yes- HMI is read from and write to PLC No- The VFD does not operated from PLC. VFD is totally stand alone operated. but now we want to operate it with PLC commands. DO you have any solution.

  15. Inductive Switch

Dear All, we have the 2-wire inductive switches N.C (NBN4-V3-N0-Y51517/P+F) installed in the Positioner mounted on the valves for feedback, the switches normal operating Voltage are 8VDC to 16VDC that could not be fisible to directly operate the PLC Digital Input. Please solve this issue that we could operate the PLC Digital Input with thoes switches. we are using Mitsubishi FX1N-40MR, and the SS point connected with the -VE/24VDC we have tried to wireup them with an optocoupler (TLP521-1) in simatic but still invade. if anyone have the idea, please share it with me. thanks and best Regards 051517_eng.pdf
  16. Inductive Switch

please see the attached image, whom i have been working on it but not functioning. Please mention if there would be changes to made.

  19. Design Logic

Good Day, Dear friends, My Problem related with the turbine Flowmeter who has the pulses output with respect to flow of fluid. E.g 10PULSES represents the 1 litter/min. the flowmeter does not have any converter that convertes the Pulses to standard Analog signal. So i want to convert the Flowmeter pulses in Analog format or any scalabel form by designing in the Ladder Logic. if anybody have the idea of femiliar with this scenerio kindly guide my or help me through your experience, therefore i could complete this task. it is requested for the quick responce by you people. Thanks & Regard. Daniyal

  21. Design Logic

Dear, In my earliest posts i just need an idea that how to make this application applicable in PLC logic, so thats why i wrote the spose figure for making reference. while now the information i gave you are as per my actual figurs and these figures are according to my flowmeter specifications (100Pulses/Litter), because we are now just insert the designed piece of logic in my program as you have mentioned. the minimum flowrate should be 4gallon/h.
  22. Design Logic

    1) X0 2) 0 to 100gallon/h (1Litter/min = 200Pulses) 3) 20mSec including the communication. 4) unused Devices from D5000, M2000, C10 5) Modbus 485, 9600bps, 1-Parity, Even, 1-Stop please dont hasitate for further information
  23. Design Logic

Ok i need your help to complete this project. kindly tell me which parameters you required for this.
  24. Design Logic

Its great regards, i want to just make sure the unit that you have been mentioned with comments (D2 = Liquid Flowrate (L/min) in the program. otherwise its an idea that can be modified according to my requirement. Thank you for your great Help and the giving the idea.
  25. Design Logic

Thanks you very much, but there is a problem with your design logic, the program updates the flowrate figure after 1 min when timer reaches the setvalue. While our need is that flowrate must be continuously update its figure by the short interval of the may be less than 1-sec. with this condition we are unable to get the actual flowrate figure during 1min when the timer is running. try to resolve the logic that calculate the flowrate when the flow of liquid increase or decreas. thanks and regards
