Hi all, I am trying to relize a ladder diagram like below : My purpose is design a ladder logic which is created from SFC (sequence flow chart). I have to use same output in different rungs. But during the compilation i get " dublicated output" warnings and my program doesn't work. Can anyone suggest a way that i can use these outputs in different rungs without getting warnings? Hi all, I am using Citect scada 6.0 and trying to write texts (which i want to assign as label names)to database file (.dbf) which i get from text boxes as input and then read these texts and show them in labels. (I mean variable labels that user can assign) I couldnt make it work. Can anybody help me? About computer configuration, device setup and how to use textboxes to get the strings as input and write them to the database, and also read them? I am new citect user and I need urgent help. Thanks for your answers.. I did it..it is working. Cx-simulator is in my laptop and Citect scada is in my desktop. Everything is ok.

Thanks BobB, As i said this is my first application with PLC and scada. I wonder how to use ladder diagram with scada. Other thinks is ok. I used only PLC (without scada so far). I want to learn how to read and write memory addresses by using citect. Thanks, Guven

Hi all, I am a beginner of OMRON PLC and Citect SCADA. I need an urgent help. I am planning to use OMRON parts : CJ1M-CPU11, CJ1W-ID211 digital input module, CJ1W-OC211 digital output module, CJ1W-MAD42 analog in-out module and want to write a simple application that communicates OMRON PLC from Citect scada application. But i have only CX-Simulator 1.5 and two PCs. I got the serial communication settings from this forum.Is it possible to communicate citect scada application and cx-simulator in the same computer by making loopback in RS-232 port or should i use two computers for scada and cx-simulator. if one of these possible to realize, could anyone write a simple ladder diagram for CJ1M cpu which scada side controls a output of plc side and beside this, plc side controls a led in the scada side. This is very important for me to begin PLC programming. Thanks, Guven
