We are currently getting error messages on the scada screen, which have a long number, 2124721502. The only thing we can do is skip once or skip all. When the error messages appears the operator cant control the plant, which is very dangers. The Scada is Ge Fanuc Proficy IFix. Any Help Please....

The Laptop was connected to the CPU C200HG via the RS232 port on the front. All the Comms is done by CLK21 to each other locations. The only thing i've done is connect with a new laptop. What is Frame CheckSum ??? Cheers...

Using Syswin i connect to the plant. But while look for the plant fault, it kept coming up with the fault "FCS ERROR" and Monitoring turning off. Does anyone know what it is and how to stop the error message. Tempo....

Thanks for the reply... The way i've wired the LK201 to Promi is: LK201 ----------- Promi pin 2 TX ------- RX pin 2 pin 3 RX ------- TX pin 3 pin 7 SG ------- SG pin 9 pin 4 RS -: :- RS pin 4 pin 5 CS -: :- CS pin 5 Each pin 4 & 5 are connected together at each end. apart from at the Promi end, were the Pin's are connected internal.

Thats how i had it wired, but it still didnt work, been racking my brain all day...WHY !!!

Hi all... Does anyone know the cable to connect...Or layout of.... An Promi-sd bluetooth adaptor to C200H-LK201. I've both the pin out diagrams for each, but it's wiring the lead up right pins. The Promi is a 9pin RS232 & the LK201 is 25 pin RS232c. Any help would be gratefully....

Yes i'am using the C200H-LK401 Host Link to connect to the CJ1M CPU. Sorry, i'am new to doing this. So don't uses a PLC Link, but best to uses the RXD and TXD commands and set the RS232 in the Host Link settings tab. Cheers Tempo....

Cheers for the example, is it better to uses the txd and rxd, then the send and recieve commands. Tempo

The CPU's are C200H CPU001 To CJ1M CPU11. Do have some Manuals, but cannot seem to find anything of how to achieve this. Tempo...

Thank you all for the input... The easy part, which i can do is configurating the adaptor to each plc. The hard part is separating the cable of the clk21 link unit. To put the plc's, to uses, in middle. And the programming the right data to still communicating affectedly. Once again very grateful for the help

Sorry, forgot to say.... Its connected from one control room, to a mobile device. And when the device is moved around, the comms link cable from the link unit. Has to be unpluged and reconnect and reset done. Is it just a case of programming send(90) commands, from one plc to the other plc. And transmitting via RS232 bluetooth adaptor. Any help would be grateful...

Hi All !!! I am currently looking into communication networking and was wondering if two CPU'S can be connect together wireless by using the Promi-SD202 Bluetooth adaptor. They are currently wired together by controlled link unts, Omron C200HW-CLK21. Any help would be grateful.
