I have a 1734-OB8/C 8pt DC Output module. In RsNetworks i am unable to see the device when i browse the network. In Linxs there is a red x over the module. Do i have to physically add the device in my network or will RsNetworks pick it up? If RsNetworks is suppose to pick it up when I browse, what could be the reasons why it's not communicating. The module has network connectivity and i am able to see the DeviceNet adapter in RsNetworks. Thank-you, much appreciated

I just wanted to let you guys know that the problem was solved, but not by me. I am still not totally sure what happened. When i got to work today after school I asked the tech about it, and he didn't really give a good answer. It seems that when he powered up the system one of the Point I/O racks on DeviceNet faulted, but not the one that I was having problems with. After fixing the fault everthing showed up in RSNetworks. Does that make sense?

I am using the 1756 DNB Scanner and at the moment i am not sure what the adapter is. I can see the adapter but not the 1734-OB8/C 8pt DC Output module. I have 3 other adapters with the same output module and I can see all of them. You are right, it was there before, but it says removed from network configuration. Thanks
