From a previous post: There is a lot of confusion out there about data types in CX Programmer and other IEC-based programming softwares. Data types are a convenience for the programmer. When you define a word of a memory in CX Programmer as a certain data type, you are asking CX Programmer to translate the hex value of the word in the PLC into the data type specified so that it can be displayed as a meaningful number to you, the programmer. If you enter a value into a data type from CX programmer. it will convert the data according to the data type and place the hex equivalent in the PLC word. Denis is correct.  SCU21 does not support Toolbus, but Sysmac Way will support up to 34000 baud.

I communication between PLC CP1e and inverter 3G3JX, when I transfer data (reference frequency..), it is fire but when I read data of motor (frequency, ampere,.. ), it sent DM 1352 0088h( An exception response was received from the slave), I reall don't know how to deal it, I have done all same CP1E user's manual.

If you are using Indusoft, when not use the Omron driver?

You are on the wrong track with when to use subroutines and your latch circuits have no release contacts. Many programs can be established without using functions.  How do you think we did it when there were no functions? What model PLC are you targeting? Are you using CX Simulator?

You obviously need local integrator help.

All SBN's must be placed at the last of the program.  Any ladder program after the first subroutine will be ignored.

The SBS 1 must come before the SBN 0.  It will be ignored if placed below any SBN.

Have you tried substitution troubleshooting with one rack at a time? Could be one bad rack or one bad power supply or one bad connecting cable.

This ladder is appropriate for calling Subroutine 0.
