Thanks  Mr. Sparky, Actually I have set the same bits/parity/stop bits of receiver as same the sender already, as attached below,  And also sender setting as attached below,   From the circuit trace data shown the framing error on space bar between ASCII Texts Text File Data  PLC Status shown the error code 7F68. Trouble shooting is I don't know how to solve this issue, we also tried by BAR code scanner every thing fine no error coming. I amnot sure the space bar between string (ASCII TEXT ) will be the root cause of this error. Is possible PLC don't know space in between letters? Please advise, Thanks you
