We have a Omron HMI NT631C-ST153B-EV3 connected with Omron PLC CQM1H-CPU51 The backup battery of 3.6V got discharged and before replacing the program data got erased After replacing the battery the HMI is getting upto system initialization screen with a error message Program doesn't exist or incorrect We don't have program back-up Request to help to resolve the issue
