  3. Sample Network Setting

Hi FNMdeJong, Thanks a lot. If I have another one backup melsecnet/h link, for example: At master side 2 module QJ71BR11 and at the remote side also 2 module AJ72BR15, the first module is insert to the Q38B CPU slot, the second module can be insert in the i/o slot? Let say a remote i/o consist of: 1. Q61P-A2 2. QJ72BR15 3. QJ72BR15 4. QY41P ........X00-X1F 5 QY41P ........X20-X3F 6. Q68ADI .......X/Y40-X/Y4F 7. Q68DAI I saw the addressing for remote i/o is start from X100 inside Q68ADI manual (page 6-6). Which is correct, start from X00 or other addressing? I also try to start up new project with remote i/o. But inside the network parameter, only have the choice for Ethernet module, cannot find out for Melsectnet/h? Thanks
  4. Sample Network Setting

Hi FNMdeJong, Thanks a lot for your reply. Let say I have a Remote I/o network as below: Main base (Q35B): CPU Type: Q02HCPU MelsecNet: QJ71BR11 Ethernet: QJ71E71-100 Remote I/O base 8 slot (Q38B): Power suuply: Q61P MelsecNet: QJ72BR15 DI module: QX41 DI module: QX41 DI module: QX41 DI module: QX41 AI module: Q68ADI AI module: Q68ADI AI module: Q68ADI AI module: Q68ADI Extension base 5 slot (Q65B): AO module: Q68DAI AO module: Q68DAI AO module: Q68DAI First, I set the parameter Remote master, At module 1 Start I/o .........0 Network .........1 Total Station... 2 Then configure X, Y, B..... Then download to the Q02HCPU. Start the new project again to select PLC Type: Remote i/o. Open the Networ Parameter, but the Melsecnet is disable. Do you mean to download this 2nd project to the same Q02HCPU? Thanks & best regards Steve
  5. Sample Network Setting

Hi FNMdeJong, Thanks for the manual. I have check page 5-22, I am rather confuse the PLC Parameter under section "Operational setting". It can not found it under PLC parameter setting, if I am start in create a new project then set type plc: Q002H. But it can be found it under PLC Parameter if I start create new project with plc type: Remote i/o. Pls advice. If I create 2 diff project with 2 parameter, how can we download that two parameter into a cpu? Because at the remote base, it have no cpu. BTW, is it correct to using Q38B base for Remote I/O base (8 slot) instead of Q68B as my previous configuration? Thanks
  6. Sample Network Setting

Hi FNMdeJong, The files you send is configuration for PLC to PLC network (Control & Normal station). I try to set the configuration for the Remote Master i/o station. I have question, how to set the melsecnet/h module at the remote i/o? Thanks & best regards steve
  7. Sample Network Setting

Hi Jong, Thanks a lot for your sample application. So, for the Project2 (for another QCPU) need not to write any ladder logic configuration, only the first QCPU, right?
  8. Q Analog Module

Dear all, Anybody have experience in Q analog module? I saw the spec at the manual for Analog Input Q64AD manual (page 3-2). I/O OCCUPIED POINT: 16 POINT. Is it wrong spelling? I found at AnS series analog manual, A1S64AD, it was 32 point. Thanks & best regards

Between Q series PLC as the modules I describe. Thanks
  10. Q Analog Module

Hi Panic, I am rather confuse, cause we need to make the marker of the whole i/o address. If it have gap, then it would never reach the exactly i/o address, isn't it? Also, if the ladder addressing diff with hardware marker should be problem. Question for your previous example. Slot #3 addressing X120-X12F, should it X520-X52F? ------------------------------------------------------------------- so if you have Q or QnA CPU, you can do things like: Slot #1 QX40 ......... X4C0-X4CF Slot #2 QY10 .........Y510-Y51F Slot #3 Q64AD .......X120-X12F and Y120-Y12F ;inputs and outputs cover same range ...? Slot #4 Q68DAI ......X000-X00F and Y000-Y00F ;.......? Slot #5 QY10 .........Y040-Y04F ....? -------------------------------------------------------------------
  11. Q Analog Module

    Hi Panic, How about if I assign 32 bit? Is it work? Slot #1 QX40 .......... X0-XF Slot #2 QY10 ..........Y10-Y1F Slot #3 Q64AD ........X20-X3F Slot #4 Q68DAI .......X40-X5F Slot #5 QY10 ..........Y60-Y6F Thanks & best regards
  12. Q Analog Module

    Hi Crossbow, Is it mean 16 bit also in the i/o addressing? How to assign the addressing below? Slot #1 QX40 ........ X0-XF Slot #2 QY10 ........Y10-Y1F Slot #3 Q64AD ........X20-X2F? Slot #4 Q68DAI .......X30-X3F? Slot #5 QY10 ........Y40-Y4F? Thanks & best regards

Hi Crossbow, If we have MELSECNET/H network with some remote I/O stations (rack I/O base), then one of the remote I/O base we insert the RS485 Module to link to a FX2N, can the master Module MELSECNET/H access the data or I/O of the FX2N through RS485 Module that we insert the Remote I/O station (without CPU)? Thanks & best regards
