Hey, I'd like to ask about my USB problem. When I connect the AL2-GSM-CAB from PLC AL2-24MR-D to PC and I test the com port but there shows "Check the connections with the controller". What I need to do? or It needs to use software for the connection?

@Gambit Excuse me, Do you have a program for Phoenix contact ILC 130 ETH plc? I think that's PC WORX or PC WORX EXPRESS program but I can't find it in google LOL.
