We are having a redudant PLC in Hydrogen Plant . supplied by M/S Hydro . As of now one PLC is in Error mode. Error is " Missing Para" As per manual may be dip switch setting problem . But Dip switch are at right position. If any body have same experience and know how to solve . Pl. give me the advice.

So what is that right position of dip switches? What kind of memory card is installed? Did you try to take it out or insert it while CPU was powered? Did you change program in any way (download, clear, format or else)? What happened since it was in working order? Remember that it may be possible that dip switch is failed. I had hard time setting up one of the encoders until I found that out.
