NEED HELP!!PLC program starts in program mode instead of RUN mode

Hi Guys! Seeking for Help!
When i tried to work online for my omron PLC (CJ2M), the status shows "program/stop mode" instead of "run mode"
This causes i could not run the program unless i have to plug in USB and change to "run mode" or "monitor mode"

Do you guys know the reason? please tell me the solution thanks !!

In the PLC Settings, there is a Startup tab where you can change the Mode the PLC will start with.
