error 189h in MicroLogix 1500

i have been trying to download the program attached here but getting a major error ,"Expansion I/O module 1 generated an error." other pre-installed program is running correctly but if i am making even a small ladder logic then i am getting this error ,  i am new in this field, please help in this regard

and sorry i mentioned incorrect model , It is Micrologix 1400 instead of 1500
