i found the value of CPU memory with actwin program as "0" !!

I'm not familiar with this PLC but this convention is similar to other PLCs.

I would assume this enables address WR0 through address WR7F to be Retentive. This means this range of addresses will remember their value when the PLC power is turned OFF then back ON.
