HMI Magelis GTO5310->Printer ZEBRA ZT410

Hello

I need to know how I can communicate a Printer ZEBRA ZT410 with my HMI Magelis HMIGTO5310.

Actually I’m using a RS232C cable but it’s not working. I’ve got this error “Printer failure, printer can be offline”. Someone can help me, plz?

can you use a printer usb cable. The gto does have multiple usb ports. I tried once printing directly from a gto to a zebra printer. It was a total mess and schneider couldnt help me. I eventually used alarm printing function to print a value a needed. and i used a brother usb printer. There is not alot of info on printing
