i have micrologix 1200 whos password i forgot and lost the copy of program backup is there any to recover the password without loosing the program ...

As on thr PLCTalk.net forun you can contact your Allen Bradley representative but I don't believe ther is a way on the Micrologix to recover the program.

Discussion of trying to bypass a CPU password is against the terms of service on this website. Please review the user agreement you signed when you created your account. With most PLCs, you should be able to reformat it and download again without a password. But you cannot upload a program without the password.
