    My company has bee using GE Rx31 PLC system racks for a while and multiple times the cards are not working. Our fix has been to try to re-seat the cards to get them to respond. Often times this works, but sometimes makes multiple attempts. Has anyone else ever noticed this issue? It is very difficult to retrieve data on the frequency of this outside of the company.
