Equation for V-notch Weir..

I have a 12" V-notch weir that I'm installing a submersible level sensor in and I need to build the equation to give a CFS or GPM SCADA value. Any suggestions, resources or help would be appreciated.. Let me know what other additional information would be helpful. RC
