ScreenCreator Upload DP-C321

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a DP-C321 screen program I have uploaded only to find that the original programer did not or forgot to check the box for "Upload Edit Enabled". Is there someway I can use notepad to add "something" that would allow me to restore the program?
