Problem with DPS1 Port splitter

I'm recently adding Port splitter to ML1200 with Ethernet module connection. Without port splitter everything work well but once I add port splitter. RSWho can see it, the problem is I can upload and download file from RSLogix 500 but once I click online it just stop there, icon on AB is not rotating. I'm setting baud rate correctly with port splitter as manual indicated 19.2K. Any help is greatly appreciated.
