s7 200 communication with siemens op3

hi, it is ok to do some adjustments and communications for s7 200 cpu and td panels but when it comes to siemens op3 panel I did the program in protool and downloaded it to the op but I do not know what to do exactly in cpu for instance do I need do some modifications in the data block of cpu. Please tell me that where I can find information about op3 and s7 200 communication . thanks
