Plc File Types

Hope, someone can help, I have a ladder file that was saved in a windows environment from a mitsubishi M63 CNC control. I would like to open and edit the ladder on my PC. I have tried with GX Developer and Melsec Medoc but with no success. The ladder can be monitored from within the CNC control and when saved to the CNC's hard drive appears with an .LDX extension.
