Modbus Module Mvi46-mcm 103

I want to communicate a Modbus MVI46-MCM 103 module and a 369 Motor Management Relay General Electric, but I have a problem with that communication. I try to configure the module using the file IEC103M.CFG trough the hyperterminal windows , the following lines are shown after any command. Reading Configuration...Exit-->while reading configuration! Program Shutdown....Closing communication ports....Closing Backplane Driver....D e-allocating Module Database....Program Terminated. ERROR: Startup function failed! [A:\]GOTO RUN [A:\]MBMS46 Program Initialization.... Allocate & Initalize Database.... Open Communication Ports.... Open Backplane Interface.... Reloading Program Values.... Reading Configuration... What is the procedure to configure this module?, maybe somebody has a recomendation to get it?
