Alpha2 GSM remote access

I've developed a software for communication with alpha2 using computer link and dedicated protocol. The software works perfect. But now, I have to communicate with alpha2 using dedicated protocol by GSM modems - one connected to the computer and one connected to alpha2. is that possible? because it seems that alpha2 doesn't respond to the commands I send. if anyone have a solution or is just interested, I will give more details. few hours later... done! That is great wizard, the protocol to interface to gsm modems are a bit tricky. I have used a Duxbury GSM/ GPRS modem to send an sms if something critical fails in a plant. Have you implemented your model over GPRS?
