Hello, i have a big trouble. My PanelView Plus 1250 finishes damaging itself and only have the runtime file. I could obtain a PanelView Plus 1000 bud obvious the communication configuration and resolution are different. My question is: I can recover the complete project from the .mer file for edit? if the answer is yes, please send me the steps to do it. MANY THANKS ! PD. I have RSView Studio V 3.20.00

Why do so many people seem to intentionally lose the development file ? RA Technical Support charges a flat fee to recover a development file from a runtime. I know, I know, I think the feature should be in the product too, but that's not what the security/Intellectual Property folks thought when it was designed. The best thing you can do as an OEM is to stick a CompactFlash card into your PanelView Plus terminals that includes a ZIP file of the archive, the runtime, and the controller program(s) to which it is connected.
