error license trasfer

i have error : "License has not been transferred to this system (code :-8)" when i try to transfer authorization code from authorized diskette on my ge fanuc cimplicity plant edition. please help me..!!

This sounds like the site code for the target PC is incorrect. I have found that GE support@gefanuc.com give me a good response to questions like this. This would be the best place to try. Cheers
