Versamax Battery & Mem module

Hi all, I would like to know if the versamax modular CPU IC200CPU001 has a battery replacement module which includes the memory. I have only found the battery replacemente part IC200ACC001 Please advice if such a module exists or one must replace only the battery thanks max
