Why RSViewME doesn't work under RED?

Right now I met a problem with this redundancy system. The Current situation is: Enterprise in ME and RSLinx are both working when this system only have one PLC node and redundant fibre being disconnected. Once the fibre is connected between both redundancy modules. Redundancy function is working perfectly in both PLC. But neither Enterprise and RSLinx can get online with the processor. I tried from my laptop and transductions, but the problem are still. The all firmwares for processors, ethernet modules, redundant modules and control net modules have been updated according to << V13[1].6_Redundancy Bundle_01_13_2005>>, and the version for ME is 3.20.00(CPR6), build number 43. Why RSView ME and RSlinx don't work?
