MR-J2S failures axis display does not switch from bx to dx

manual says it should be turned on but is not. I have had to replace over 50 or more units.  problems first start on power up and does not turn on and after some time it will.  but finally it never comes on.  I suspect the problem is a capacitor failing.  I have started replacing capacitors.  But have not found fix yet.  Anyone know fix.
