Data Logging problem in GT1562VNB Mitsubishi HMI

Dears,

I have a problem with data logging and historical data list display in GT1562VNB Mitsubishi HMI, the configuration works well in laptop when connected to PLC and in GT Designer 3 simulation software,

But when I download the configuration to HMI, nothing shown in the HMI, only black screen even the lines of table are not shown.

Doses this type (GT1562VNB) support the data logging and historical data list display? Or not?

Does it require any firmware upgrade or what is the reason?
