Do Alarm Banners work on ViewPoint FactoryTalk ME?

I'm using FT ME v12 and ViewPoint v12 CPR 9 SR 12.

I can only see a grey box where the alarm banner should be. Same for alarm status and alarm list, it doesn't show anything.
