Checking Program Memory in Q Series CPU

Hello all,

I have a task in my job to make a script to check program memory usage in our Q series PLCs. I know that is possible to use GX Works2 functionality (Tool->Confirm Memory size) but it doesn't help me in this case. I tried to open .gxw file in Notepad++ and there is something like <iFileSize> but values there are not equal to these which i see in GXW2. Is it possible to check program memory usage in other way (for example using special registrers in PLC or parsing .gxw file)?
