KTP700F HMI Stuck On Startup

Have an issue with a couple of KTP700F HMI's that gets stuck on the startup in the Windows screen and not loading the HMI project.

Current Image Version: V17.00.00.00.00_42.01

All that I can think of is to update the HMI FW and reset to factory defaults, else is there any other recommendations?
