ERREUR DE COMMUNICATION D’E/S DISTANTES

I need help to solve a communication problem, the temperature parameter (PV) is displayed in the HMI of the machine via devicenet Cj1w-DRM21 (slave), but at the supervision level (Master) of the temperature is still showing "0", I checked cables no problem, at Slave(DRM21) ESC ERROR: D9 (REMOTE I/O COMMUNICATION ERROR) - ERROR LOG: 0345 DETAIL: 0200
