Mx Component on Server 2019

Using MX component for communication to multiple FX5 units. Everything works great and the speeds are great until I installed our application and mx component onto a Server 2019 instance. As soon a we do that, the .open() command takes upwards of 6-8 seconds to execute. Anyone else had any issues regarding mx comment and Server editions of windows?
