DOWNLOADING TO TP 270 (ERROR)

HI AM USING TP 270 10", WHILE DOWNLOADINGFROM MY PC TO TP, AT FIRST INSTANCE IT SAYS COMMUNICATION ERROR,CHECK BAUD RATE ETC,THEN FOR SECOND TIME I DO IT, IT SAYS PROTOOL RUNTIME SHUTDOWN AND SAYS DOWNLOAD ERROR AND FOR THE THIRD TIME IT ULTIMATELY CLICKSAND WORKS I AM USING COM 2 PORT WITH USB 2 SERIAL CONVERTER CABLE IN PC,CPU226,WITH PORT 0 COMMECTED TO HMI
