Fx2n and Honeywell UDC1000 Rs485 Link

I'm trying to connect my Honeywell UDC1000 Controller to my FX2N through FX2n-485-BD Board. I can send commands to the controller and it acts accordingly, but when i'm suppose to get the acknowledge from the controller all i get is the command i send. In the manual they say something about an 'echo' on the comm lines, but nothing about how to get around it. How can i get passed this ?

How did you wire? As per manual? Did you include terminating resistor? I found this to be quite critical, espesially over long distances... The only other option is to code an ignore routine in your software. Might be usefull to use to check if the comms connection is ok.......... Hopes this helps....
