COnvert compile conditions From GX Works2 to GX Works3

convert projects from gx works2 to gx works 3

Dear all,

I am trying to convert project from GX Works2 ( FX3U) to new GX Works3 (FX5U). Problem is that I am using disabled Compile conditions2 in GX Works2. I have not found this option in GX Works3. Problem is when I convert projects soo program behave totally different.... Is there any solution for this????
