control logix timers

Was wondering if you can change the time base for a control logix timer? The application will be a value input from the hmi in hours'. I guess i am just lazy i know i just have to do a calculation but if i can change the base it would be so much easier

All controllogix timers have a preset timebase of milliseconds, you cannot change this. I suggest somethign like - MUL source a=HMI_Hours source b=3600000 Dest = hours_timer.PRE Either that or do the scaling in the HMI tag
