S5 - IM318

Hi folks, It's been awhile since a programmed a Siemens S5. Now I need to make a small modification to an existing PLC configuration. First I'll explain the configuration: We've got an S5-115U with an extention rack, to that extion rack are 4 ET100 modules connected using IM318 interface cards. On one of the ET100's I need to replace an Input card with an Output card. How can I do this? What do I need to configure (and where) so the Master Plc sees an output card instead of an input card and how do I define the output numbers. Rudi

Rudi: If it's ET100 you need COM ET100 for parameter assignment of the IM318-A master. Rob

hi guys, I have a program seen as comet100 but when I make it run exe starts and I see the program comprofibus v 3.0. have you got any idea for this. thanks
