FANUC programming cable

I'm looking for a cable to program my GE FANUC VersaMax ICR200UDR001 Micro PLC with my Toshiba laptop (USB- no serial port). I don't see one at this site's on-line store. If not available, serial port to PLC with adapter at PC? I was directed by GE to a distributor offering USB to PLC cable for $110 and serial to PLC for $98. I want to see if there is less expensive options. Thanks, Kip.
