Not receive signal to PLC

Hi Guys,

Need help, having trouble communicate signal with flow meter. All program running fine but not receive signal from flow meter to read value totalizer.

All wire connection check are ok.

This happend when recently the data logger install inside the flow meter.

Hope any info to solve this matter.
