Communication via RS232 CQM1

Hey. I am new here with programming plc. Soo i have a question about rs232 communication with two CQM1 plcs. I wanna send some DM data from one to another. I was trying with some ladder programing but no luck. What is the easy way to send data and how to recieve it. What are the mode setup on both plc?
