fanuc robot with controllogix

I am trying to connect a fanuc robot with controllogix via Ethernet but I do not seem to have the correct eds files. The robot appears as a yellow question mark and comes with its own eds files but for some reason it is not working. Does anybody know something about this that could help me? thanks!
