AB Ultra 100 1398 Indexable drive revival

Trying to get communication over RS232 back on AB Ultra100 1395-DDM-005X-DX drive after playing with different settings drive fell in "Limbo" mode and wont communicate or even not found by Ultramaster I tried to speak with the thing using Hyperterminal on windowsXP over RS232 it shows up as connected but wont talk and wont respond on commands. Wonder is there any hardware EEPROM reset Jumper ( like BIOS reset in PC ) ?? Ill be nice Anyone knowledgeable in the matter near Dorset/Hampshire UK ? Thanks for looking Ilia

Sorted communication myself For Mr. Plc knowledge Volt : Way to restore RS232 communication with Ultra Drive ( magic jumper Power down drive, disconnect communications cable from driveAt DRIVE END ONLY, jumper pins 5 & 6 in D-shell, reconnect cable to driveWith UltraMaster open but all drive windows closed, set the following: 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, 19200 baud, correct communications portRe-power driveYou should now be able to get online and reset the communications setup. Once this is done, use the original cable or remove the link. Regards everyone. ILia
