What is a 683 file access error?

On a PanelView Standard terminal, it means that one or more of the data files that the PanelView is trying to read from the controller do not exist or are not of sufficient size to match the addresses being requested by the PanelView. For example, if the PanelView is trying to read Data File address N10:20, but there's no data file N10 in the controller program, that error message will appear. Likewise, if there's an N10 but it's only 100 elements in length, and the PanelView is trying to read N10:101, the error message will appear.
