RSView32 - not starting VBA editor

Hello, since some days ago I can't open the Vba editor in RSView32 v. 6.5 It is installed on Windows xp. It is not giving any kind of error. Just nothing happens. I've tried also to run command vbaedit but the result is the se - nothing. Any guides or ideas what to check?

No idea sorry, but I do have a tip for the future: I've found that Rockwell Software is so fickle and prone to crashing that I do all my work on VMs now. Whenever I start to have software issues, I load up the original image from when I freshly installed everything and continue from there. No more fruitless hours of trying to figure out why some Rockwell program is misbehaving, followed by a full re install anyways.
