Allen Bradley Micro850 Modbus Error

Hi all, I have a AB Micro 850 and I want transfer data in modbus TCP but I have an error on my MSG_MODBUS2 module ErrorID 33 (A bad MSG file parameter exists) SubErrorID 37 (???) But in LocalPar.Cmd when I put a Modbus command different to 5 or 6 the ErrorID is 132 and SubError 0 Thanks PS: I follow instruction on this document AB Micro850
