PanelView Plus 600

Hello everybody, I'm trying to upload an application program from a PalnelView Plus 600, Cat# 2711P-T6C5D Ser C, but it's taking forever. The progress bar goes very very slow and after three hours I only had 30% uploaded, so I gave up. Is there any other way or software to upload this application? I'm using Factory Talk. I tried to contact Rockwell but as usual it's hard to get an answer from them. I'd appreciate any help on this topic.

If you can get to the configuration menu you can copy the *.MER runtime file from the internal storage to a removable storage card or a USB memory device. Quick summary of USB support: no support on 3.0/3.2, limited to FAT16 format in 4.0, 5.0, 5.10, support for FAT32 on 6.0, 6.10,. 7.0. I've had uploads take tens of minutes, but never hours, even over RS-232.
