Convert Resistance to 0-10VDC or 4-20mA

Hi Guys- I have a very basic electronics question that I need answered in order to operate this device with my AB PLC. I was thinking that there was some way to incorporate some basic electronics elements (resistors, capacitors, etc..) to generate a 0-10 or 4-20 signal?? I think I've seen this done before with those electronics and a "component holder" style terminal block... Inputs available: 4-20mA 0-10VDC Potentiometer Output (200mm Stroke unit):
